Konfluxus Csarnok (Conflux Hall) is a participatory installation and event series based on live streaming. Set up within the Rákóczi Square Market Hall, this studio—featuring a green screen—serves as a temporary communal space where participants can experiment together with alternative forms of connection.

What does it mean to build one’s own network, and how does this act as a statement?

As an ever-growing portion of our communication and social life takes place on social media platforms, these spaces are governed by opaque algorithms over which we have little to no control—meaning the power to connect and organize communities is slowly slipping from our grasp.

Visit the Hall in person, or join Konfluxus online, and let’s work together to reclaim our virtual spaces!
